At Eyewearlabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Eyewearlabs account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the protective shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the frames for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
